Restrooms

Year after year dirty, unsanitary restrooms are number one maintenance complaints, whether in a school, restaurant, retail stores or any other type of facility. But even more important they are probably the number one building health hazards too–because a restroom is essentially a bio hazardous waste transfer station; a primary source of infectious disease causing organisms in a building.

More alarming, studies confirms that many bio contaminants originating in the restroom, ultimately makes their way throughout the building, endangering the health of occupants and visitors. The reality is, you cannot have a truly healthy building if your restrooms are not hygienically cleaned. In addition dirty restroom creates a negative impression on customers, employees and visitors, and that can cost dearly in terms of business customers loyalty or employee moral.

Unfortunately traditional cleaning tools such as mops and wipes actually removes very little soils, bacteria and other indoor pollutants. Even worse, study shows they often simply redistribute and cross contaminate, creating a perfect breeding ground for disease and other causing bacteria.
